Both the photo and video sections are organized by year and month...clicking a thumbnail for a certain month will present you with all of the updates for that particular month. It looks like typically each month contains 2-4 videos and 8-12 photosets.
Kylie's pics are viewable in gallery format or you can download the entire set in a zip file. The photos weigh in at right around 700 x 1000 throughout the archive and the quality is excellent. Clear, sharp, well-lit pics here. Videos come in WMV and AVI format and the full scene is split into several smaller clips. The specs and quality vary depending on the age of the vids. Older clips come in at 640 x 480 at 800K and look pretty decent, then things bump up to 720 x 480 at 1300K in the middle of the archive and the quality bumps up a few notches as well with nice-looking, clear, sharp footage. Strangely though, the most recent stuff goes back down to 320 x 240 at 700K and the quality drops to average to pretty good. Not sure why the more recent stuff looks worse than the middle of the archive, but it is what it is.
Perhaps predictably, considering the lack of updates, there aren't any interactive features like a blog or live camshows at KylieTeen.com. There is some bonus content however...your membership here also gets you into 29 other sites in the network.
